About Prime Horizon
Prime Horizon lists grants for NGOs, tenders and consultancies for firms, and jobs in every sector, worldwide and with a close eye on Pakistan. It also publishes practical guides on proposal writing, MEAL and useful AI tools.
Why Prime Horizon exists
Good funding calls for Pakistani organisations are scattered across donor websites, email lists and WhatsApp forwards. Many forwards are out of date, missing the official link, or open only to organisations in other countries. Small NGOs, the ones with the least time to search, miss the most.
Prime Horizon puts the calls in one place, links each one to its official source, counts down the deadline and says plainly who can apply. The guides explain how to turn an opportunity into a strong application.
Who runs it
Prime Horizon is run by Naeem Abbas, a development professional with more than eight years of experience in MEAL (monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning), program development, donor coordination and strategic partnerships. He has worked on programs and proposals connected with donors including UNICEF, UNESCO, Malala Fund, UN Women, GIZ, WHO, ECW and the British Council.
How listings are chosen
- Official source only. Every opportunity links to the donor's, employer's or government's own page. We don't list calls we can't trace to their source.
- Checked before publishing. We confirm the deadline and who can apply, and we flag calls that are limited to certain nationalities or require a particular language.
- Closed calls are marked automatically once the deadline passes, and stay listed for reference.
- Free to list, free to read. We don't charge applicants and we don't take applications. Prime Horizon is not a funder.
