About this opportunity

Emirates Group IT is recruiting a Manager IT Product Delivery, Web and Mobile at its headquarters in Dubai (job 26542). The team builds and runs some of Emirates' most important customer products, including booking, payments, the mobile app and digital self-service. It is moving towards AI-native product engineering.

You will lead product and delivery teams through the full product lifecycle: roadmaps, solution design, delivery against scope and budget, and data-driven service improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in product, programme and project management, ideally with a recognised certification (for example SAFe or PMI)
• Delivery at scale: proven delivery of technology products across multiple businesses (B2C, B2B or B2E)
• People management: leading large programmes or an IT delivery function
• Methods and tools: Agile and traditional delivery tools (such as Jira and PPM), Lean and Six Sigma process improvement, and change management
• Vendors: strong stakeholder, vendor and contract management
