About this opportunity

UNDP Pakistan is hiring an individual consultant as a Gender and Community Mobilization Specialist (reference UNDP-IC-2026-232 / UNDP-PAK-01724). The consultant will work on UNDP's Project for Women Economic Empowerment Through the Promotion of Traditional Crafts in Balochistan.

• Duration: 100 working days spread over 5 months
• Eligibility: Pakistani nationals only
• Tender documents: Terms of Reference, technical and financial proposal forms, a cost breakdown, a statement of health and a list of references, all attached to the notice

Who should apply

Pakistani gender and community mobilisation specialists with experience organising women's groups, running community outreach, and supporting women's livelihoods or enterprise, ideally in Balochistan.
