UNDP Pakistan request for quotation: prefab structures for 3 camping sites in Lower Dir, Kalam and Shangla (KP)

About this opportunity

UNDP Pakistan has issued a request for quotation (UNDP-RFQ-2026-239, reference UNDP-PAK-01729) for works to provide prefabricated structures at three camping sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa:

• Laram Top, Lower Dir
• Kalam
• Achar Top, Shangla

The works are specified in the attached bills of quantities (BOQs). The RFQ documents include:

• the schedule of requirements
• quotation submission, technical and financial offer forms
• templates for bid security and performance security
• forms for projects in hand, a work programme (Gantt chart) and key personnel commitment

Who should apply

Construction contractors and prefab manufacturers with experience delivering structures in remote or mountainous sites, ideally in KP.

How to apply

Download the RFQ documents via the links on the UNGM notice. Then submit your quotation in UNDP's Quantum supplier portal (supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org), searching for negotiation UNDP-PAK-01729. Quotations sent outside the portal or after the deadline are not considered.

Prime Horizon tip

All three sites are at altitude and can be hard to reach. Price transport, winter access and site supervision realistically, and use Form B (work programme) to show a credible delivery schedule for each site.
