About this opportunity
The Asian Cultural Council (ACC) supports cultural exchange between Asia and the United States, and between countries in Asia. Pakistan is on the list of eligible countries. The 2027 cycle has four funding tracks, for both organisations and individuals.
Applications are accepted from 1 October to 10 November 2026. Letters of recommendation are due by 16 November 2026.

- Cultural and arts NGOs running exchanges, residencies or collaborations with partners elsewhere in Asia or the U.S.
- Universities and research centres in the arts and humanities
- Individual artists, curators and researchers from Pakistan
Development organisations working on heritage, cultural preservation, youth arts or peacebuilding through the arts may also be a fit if the project has a genuine exchange element.
How to apply
Apply online through the ACC website between 1 October and 10 November 2026. Read the guidelines for your track carefully, and ask your recommenders early so their letters arrive by 16 November.

ACC funds exchange, not general programme costs. A strong application explains who travels where, what they'll learn or create together, and how the exchange continues afterwards. A local arts programme with no cross-border element won't fit, however good it is.
