About this opportunity

Partnerships for Infrastructure Phase 2 (P4I-2) is a 10-year Australian Government initiative (to 2035) supporting quality infrastructure across Southeast Asia, in land transport resilience, maritime decarbonisation and other sectors. DT Global is recruiting an M&E Lead based in Bangkok.

Selection criteria

• A degree in international development, MEL, public policy, economics, governance, infrastructure or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience leading MEL systems for large, complex donor-funded programmes: performance frameworks, data quality, MIS and donor reporting
• Strong grasp of MEL methods, adaptive management and learning
• Knowledge of DFAT MEL Standards or comparable donor requirements
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
• Southeast Asia experience, or experience in infrastructure, climate or governance programmes (desirable)
