IRC: Finance and Operations Lead, FCDO-funded technical assistance programme (Pakistan)

About this opportunity

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is preparing a bid for a long-term, FCDO-funded technical assistance programme in Pakistan. The programme will strengthen the capacity of government counterparts and partners, with delivery tied to agreed results under FCDO's payment-by-results (PBR) model.

The Finance and Operations Lead will be the principal finance and operations partner to the Project Director and senior management team, responsible for:

• Financial management, operations and financial reporting for the programme
• Robust tracking and reporting against PBR milestones
• Compliance with FCDO rules and Pakistan's labour, tax and other laws
• Contributing to strategic and operational plans, and monitoring delivery against financial and PBR plans
• Enforcing internal controls in coordination with IRC's Finance Unit

Important: this position is contingent on IRC winning the bid, and final selection is subject to FCDO approval.
