IRC: Program Development and Award Advisor, Asia (Pakistan or Thailand)

About this opportunity

The IRC is recruiting a Program Development and Award Advisor (PDAA), Asia to help country programmes submit high-quality proposals, comply with donor rules and IRC systems, and deliver strong donor reports. The role covers IRC's Asia programmes in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Pakistan and Thailand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting proposal development for institutional donors
• Reviewing and submitting high-quality donor deliverables
• Supporting award management and donor compliance
• Managing relationships with headquarters-level donor counterparts
• Advising on IRC's partnership management system (PEER)

Who should apply

Professionals with around 5–9 years' experience in humanitarian or development proposal writing and grants management, with strong report writing and editing skills and experience supporting field teams remotely. Candidates from the Asia programme countries, including Pakistan, are strongly encouraged to apply. The role can be based in Pakistan or Bangkok, and involves some international travel.
